Hansen
Fire & Safety features products that range

Whether you need

stock for prompt shipment. All our
products are top of the line and carry a warranty,
ensuring complete

Our Return Policy
For Gas Detector products click HERE for return form
and procedures.
Prior approval is required before returning ALL other
products. Please call 1-800-369-1800 for return approval
and a Return Authorization [RGA#]. There is a 20%
restocking charge associated with each return. Products
that are
shipped to customer more than 90 days prior to the
return request are not returnable. We do not accept
returns on custom-ordered items. The return freight
is the responsibility of the customer unless prior
arrangements are made through Hansen Fire & Safety.
Please properly package items when returning to protect
the product from damage. If you have any questions
regarding our return policies please feel free to
contact us.

Our
Shipping Policy
Shipping
charges are always a consideration of the cost
of business. We strive to keep
our freight policy simple and as cost-effective
as possible for our customers. Orders are shipped
UPS Ground unless otherwise required. The
shipping charge is prepaid and added
to your
invoice andn is clearly marked
on your invoice.

Our Terms
Standard
payment terms are Net 30 days with approved credit.
Past Due accounts are subject to a monthly late fee
of 1.5%. Orders in-house will not be processed if
account is over
45 days
past
due.
Continual
late
payments
will result in prepayment terms only. Returned checks
will be assessed a $55 fee. Visa, MasterCard and
Discover Card are accepted.
